James is the best. He is very professional and definitely knows his stuff. Traps were set and within 12 hours the raccoon was caught. He came and took care of the removal and left the one trap for a few extra days. We can’t say enough good things about him. Pleasure knowing him and will definitely pass his name should we know of anyone who needs his service
